Miley Cyrus on Britney Spears: She Gets Me!

She's never taken an umbrella to a camerarman. But Miley Cyrus has gotten an extreme haircut.

And that's just one thing this singer has in common with Britney Spears, as Cyrus gushes over her famous friend in a new interview with Huffington Post UK.

"Everyone goes through a time in their life where they don't want their picture taken everyday," the 20-year-old said of Spears. "She just never had that time where she could say, 'I'm going through something right now and need to shut down.' I also don't have that, so it's good to have that one person in my life who gets it."

In what way has Britney been a role model for Miley? Explains the latter:

"I just think itâ€™s never blaming you or making you feel like â€˜youâ€™ve got all this going for you,â€™ itâ€™s like she knows. Sometimes life just steps in the middle of your career the way life always does for anyone - itâ€™s just ours is a little more 24/7."

Miley has been more outspoken than usual this week.

She espoused the use of marijuana. She outlined her views on gay marriage.

In June, Spears Tweeted at Cyrus: "Loving your new video for #WeCantStop! Maybe you can teach me how to twerk sometime LOL."

Miley then replied with excitement:

"We could twerk it out in exchange for u teaching me da moves 2 'slave for you' (I've been practicing for the past 10 years."

Lindsay Lohan Advised: Continue Treatment or Face "Certain Failure"

Lindsay Lohan is out of rehab, having just wrapped up her latest 90-day, court-ordered stint in which she split time between two California facilities.

But the hard part has just begun, a judge warned.

The judge who sent her into rehab for violating probation by lying to cops ordered her to attend therapy three times a week for the next 16 months.

He made the decision hours after she left rehab.

In a letter to the judge, Cliffside Malibu confirmed that Lindsay Lohan had "successfully completed her court-ordered course of treatment at the center."

However, it is "critical" she continue treatment.

The facility says without three, 50-minute sessions per week required by the court (with attendance verified), she is "set up for almost certain failure."

Cliffside Malibu's founder suggests the sessions "should be done face to face while she is in town, and via Skype or phone if she is out of town."

Lindsay Lohan has been in rehab at least six times and told Piers Morgan as recently as May that she felt it was all a big joke and waste of time.

"Constantly sending me to rehab is pointless," she claimed. "The first few times I was court-ordered to rehab it was like a joke, like killing time."

Cliffside says she didn't treat it like one while she was there, though, reiterating, "We couldn't be happier with the progress Ms. Lohan has made."

What LiLo does next is on her, and reports that she's making a "cut list" of people to remove from her social circles is clearly a great first step.

It's hard to get any worse than it's gotten in the last five years, right?

Student Left in DEA Cell For Days Wins 4M Settlement From US

A college student reached a $4.1 million settlement with the U.S. government after being abandoned in a windowless DEA cell with no food or water for days.

Daniel Chong drank his own urine to stay alive, hallucinated that agents were trying to poison him with gas through vents, and tried to carve a farewell message in his arm.

It remained unclear how the situation occurred, and no one has been disciplined, said Eugene Iredale, an attorney for Chong. The DOJ is investigating.

"It sounded like it was an accident ... a really, really bad, horrible accident," Chong said, putting it mildly to say the last, after a harrowing ordeal:

Chong was taken into custody during a drug raid and placed in the cell in 2012 by a San Diego police officer authorized to perform DEA work on a task force.

The officer told Chong he would not be charged, saying, "Hang tight, we'll come get you in a minute," Iredale said ... and the door did not open for 4 1/2 days.

A Justice Department spokeswoman confirmed the settlement was reached for $4.1 million but declined to answer other questions, as did the DEA.

Since legal fees are capped at 20 percent of damages and the settlement payment is tax-free, Chong will collect at least $3.2 million, Iredale said.

Now an economics student at the University of California-San Diego, Chong said he planned to buy his parents a house with the money he receives.

Chong was a 23-year-old engineering student when he was at a friend's house where the DEA found 18,000 ecstasy pills, other drugs and weapons.

Chong was there to smoke marijuana, his attorneys said.

He and eight other people were taken into custody, but authorities ultimately decided against pursing charges against him after questioning.

Chong began to hallucinate on day three in the cell, he recalls. He eventually urinated on a metal bench so he could have something to drink.

He also stacked a blanket, his pants and shoes on a bench and tried to reach an overhead sprinkler, futilely swatting at it in an attempt to set it off.

Chong said he accepted the possibility of death, biting into his glasses to break them and using a shard of glass to try to carve "Sorry Mom" onto his arm.

Eventually, after screaming and nearly passing out, 5-6 people found him covered in his feces in the cell at the DEA's San Diego headquarters.

Chong was hospitalized for five days, having suffered from dehydration, kidney failure, cramps and a perforated esophagus. He lost 15 pounds.

The DEA issued a rare public apology, though it is still unclear what happened.

U.S. Sen. Charles Grassley, the Judiciary Committee's ranking Republican, on Tuesday renewed his call for the DEA to explain the incident.

UK Enterprise Branch Offers Low Rates, Free Pick-Up, Oral Relief

There's something to be said for making sure no one is able to hack into your computer, no matter if you are a high powered attorney or even just the ad copy guy at a newspaper in Wales.

Unfortunately the Pembrokeshire Herald knows this all too well... now. They sent out their paper, well 20,000 copies of their paper, with a rather lewd edit to an Enterprise Rental Car advertisement.

Instead of the usual "we'll pick you up", the ad expounded with "Free pick-up from your home, office, repair shop, and c--cksucking."

How's that for service?Â

Of course the newspaper immediately set out apologizing to their readers and have gone so far as to contact the police in the matter.

Good luck PembrokeshireÂ Herald, I saw the episode ofÂ The Simple Life when Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie changed the Sonic sign to "1/2 price anal salty wiener bugers" and I'm pretty sure they didn't even get fired.

The 74-year-old Oscar winner and father of Angelina Jolie has been delighting audiences as gangster Mickey on Showtime's new series Ray Donovan.

She may not be number-one in the heart of Justin Bieber.

But she's number-one on the Billboard 100.

Selena Gomez's new album, "Stars Dance," sold 97,000 copies in its first week, good enough to place Gomez on the top of this prestigious chart. It's the artist's first-ever best-selling album.

"Come & Get It," the first track of "Stars Dance," also hit number-one this month. And a video of Selena celebrating the event surfaced on the Internet soon afterward.

No such video of her album reaction has been released yet, but we'll keep our eyes out. Congrats, SG!

Man Sets Record For Fastest High Wire Walk

If you have a weak heart, it might be best to sit down before watching this video. I'm perfectly healthy and I'm pretty sure I experienced some palpitations.

AisikaierÂ Wubulikaisimu is a daredevil. A daredevilÂ with a little bit of a death wish apparently. Despite falling last year during an attempted high wire walk 650 in the air, Wubulikaisimu decided that he wasn't aiming high enough.

So he took to the skies with two hot air balloons, and walked across a 59 foot steel beam strung between the two balloons in an impressive 38 seconds.Â

World record or not, dude is a little crazy.Â

Teresa Giudice Breaks Silence, Thanks Fans for Support

Indicted on nearly 40 counts of fraud and facing 50 years behind bars, Teresa Giudice has spoken out for the first time since she and her husband entered a federal court building yesterday.

"Thank you all so so much for your love and support. It means the world to me and my family! TANTI BACI Xx," Giudice Tweeted this morning.

Yesterday, Teresa's lawyer also released a statement, saying his client is remaining calm and cool in the face of such legal troubles.

But other members of The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast are beginning to lose it.

Jacquelina Laurita vented her frustrations on Twitter today, writing:

"The press can stop coming2mydoor&calling my husband4us2comment regarding recent news... We have no comment, we reached out2castmembers directly.

"I don't like when people LIE to plant seeds to make others look bad, but I'm not worried bc I know in the end, the truth will come out. #RHONJ"

During Tuesday's hearing, Teresa and Joe were each released on $500,000 bond. They are yet to enter a plea and are due in front of a judge against on August 14.

Kim Kardashian Baby Gift: Coming Soon, Promises Jerry O'Connell!

Jerry O'Connell is very good friends with Kim Kardashian.

No, really! The actor hails from Calabasas, where the Kardashians reside, and told E! News this week that he's known Kim and company since they were in high school. They even sent him and his wife baby gifts.

So... where's the Kim Kardashian baby gift, Jerry?!?

"I need to get on that," O'Connell said. "And I won't even regift. We have a lot of old baby gifts that we haven't opened yet that sometimes if someone has a new kid... you just put 'em right in the mail and save a couple bucks."

But while a present may take a few weeks to arrive O'Connell has some immediate advice for Kim and Kanye West when it comes to little North West.

"It just goes so fast... this time it's crazy, kid's gonna be getting up all hours of the night," the actor said. "You gotta feed... and it's really frustrating and giving you a headache and you're like, 'I want this to be over,' and then it's gonna be over. So just really enjoy it."

Kim would be well served to listen to O'Connell. The guy is married to Rebecca Romijn.

Rush Limbaugh to Republican Leaders: Grow a Spine, Not a New Base!

In a wide-ranging, hour-long discussion with Fox News' Greta Van Susteren Tuesday night, Rush Limbaugh shared his views on all things politics.

His criticism was not reserved for the opposing party, either.

Rush discussed a range of topics from his disdain for President Obama to his disappointment with the Republican Party leaders currently in Congress.

"The Republican Party wants a new base. The Republican leadership isn't conservative. They're not particularly crazy about conservatives," Limbaugh said.

"I'm a fairly prominent media conservative, and I swear I get more grief than the Taliban gets. I get more grief than Al Qaeda gets," he lamented.

"All conservatives do because we constitute a threat to the way Washington views the country. And I don't think it's so much conservative vs. liberal."

"It's Washington vs. the rest of the country ... and Washington has a mindset and a desire for the country that doesn't dovetail with the majority of the people."

When asked about the opposing Democratic Party, Rush reiterated that he was interested in "defeating them, not compromising with them."

He added, "The Republicans are shell-shocked. The image of racist, sexist, bigot homophobe has taken hold. They think that's what people think of them."

"I think they've lost their confidence ... they have bought into this notion of why they are hated, and they are trying to change rather than defeat the people responsible for it all."

"I'm about defeating them within the political arena of ideas."

Basically, she was never quite a hooker, but toed that line.

She told Stern she never received money from the embattled NYC mayoral candidate - just Anthony Weiner nude pics - and that she "fell" for him.

O.J. Simpson Wins Parole For Kidnapping, Robbery; Will Remain in Prison on Other Charges

O.J. Simpson won a small victory Wednesday as the State of Nevada granted him parole on some of his 2008 convictions for kidnapping and armed robbery.

The decision doesn't mean O.J. will be leaving prison anytime soon, though.

The Nevada Board of Parole Commissioners released its decision in favor of Simpson's parole request on Wednesday. It becomes effective October 2.

Commissioners noted Simpson's "positive institutional record" and participation in programs addressing "behavior that led to incarceration."

He was convicted on many charges and still faces at least four more years behind bars based on sentences that were ordered to run consecutively.

While paroled for kidnapping and robbery, he has two more consecutive terms for assault with a deadly weapon, said a spokesman for the board.

The board noted his lack of previous criminal convictions ... which is true, though it is almost universally believed that he killed two people in 1994.

Simpson appeared before a two-member parole panel last week, expressing "deep regret" for his actions and saying he's tried to be a model inmate.

While in prison, he has earned pennies an hour working in the prison gym, keeping equipment sanitized, and umpiring and coaching games in the yard.

The 66-year-old former NFL great also said he's acted as jailhouse counselor of sorts to other inmates, some of whom are serving time for similar crimes.

He said he made a promise to the warden when he arrived at Lovelock, 90 miles east of Reno, that he would be the "best person" they ever had at the facility.

He added, "I think for the most part I've kept my word on that."

Lovelock Correctional Center officials say he's had no disciplinary actions in the four and a half years he's been there (he was sentenced to 9-33).

Parole aside, he is still locked up for weapon enhancement sentences, followed by consecutive terms for two counts of assault with a deadly weapon.

His best chance at freedom lies with Clark County District Judge Linda Marie Bell, who is debating whether he deserves a new trial altogether.

During a May hearing, Simpson's lawyers Patricia Palm and Ozzie Fumo argued that his trial attorney, Yale Galanter, botched Simpson's defense.

Bell has yet to rule. If she rules in Simpson's favor, prosecutors will have to decide wither to retry him, offer a plea deal, or set him free with time served.

Evan Ross: Dating Ashlee Simpson!

Evan Ross and Ashlee Simpson have gone public as a couple.

Last night, the pair attended their first event together in N.Y. City. Dating rumors circulated last month, when Simpson and Diana Ross' son first stepped out.

Ross and Simpson, who reportedly met at a Hollywood club back in the day, walked into the launch of the Jessica Simpson Fall 2013 Campaign hand-in-hand.

A source close to Ashlee says the new relationship was a long time coming for the two: "It helps that they were friends first. They have a long bond."

Simpson dated Boardwalk Empire star Vincent Piazza for years, and prior to that was married to Pete Wentz, with whom she has a son Bronx Mowgli.

Think this new romance will last?

Lea Michele Spotted in Car, Wearing Cory Monteith Necklace

A couple days after releasing her first statement regarding the death of Cory Monteith, Lea Michele has been spotted out and about.

Cameras captured the Glee actress in the passenger seat of a friend's car, looking solemn and wearing a necklace with the name of her late boyfriend on it. Watch the following video for more on the sighting:

Michele and her colleagues attended their own private memorial for Monteith last week, while production is expected to begin any day on Glee Season 5.

The series will deal with Monteith's passing by killing off his character of Finn and by paying tribute to him on the third episode of the new season, which premieres September 26.

Nigella Lawson Divorce: Official, Granted in 70 Seconds

Nigella Lawson is a free woman.

About six weeks after the celebrity chef was seemingly choked by husband Charles Saatchi at a London restaurant, Lawson was granted a divorce at a hearing yesterday.

A 70-second hearing, according to to the Great Britain's The Guardian.

Saatchi accepted a formal citation as a result of the incident, admitting that he did, indeed, assault his wife.

Although Lawson not present in court yesterday, the ex-Food Network star cited "unreasonable behavior" as grounds for the couple's official split.

Legal documents revealed that both sides believe the marriage is irretrievably broken and, according to British law, a "decree absolute" will be issued in about six weeks, at which point their marriage will be truly, completely, 100% be over.

Which ought to be good news for Lawson. She deserves better.

Josh Marks Arrested for Assault, Claims Gordon Ramsay Made Him into God

It turns out Josh Marks is very good at two things:

Cooking.
Getting pepper-sprayed.

The Masterchef Season 3 runner-up was arrested Monday night following an extraordinarily bizarre incident with the police.

According to TMZ sources, a University of Chicago cop spotted Marks on campus, attempting to use an emergency phone.

He had wounds on his face and was asked what happened. In response, Marks lunged at the office, hit him and attempted to take his gun.

From there, the cop and two colleagues did all they could to subdue the 7'2" reality star - pepper-spraying him, striking him with a baton - but Marks still managed to break free and sprint away.

He was eventually brought down by a total of five officers in someone's backyard.

Taken to the hospital and treated for his injuries, Marks was chained to a bed and charged with assaulting a cop and resisting arrest.

He told an official at the hospital that everything was Gordon Ramsay's fault and that the celebrity chef is an "asshole" who possessed him and made him into God.

But that doesn't sound like the work of an asshole, does it? Sounds like the work of someone totally awesome!

Teresa Giudice "Cool, Calm and Collected" in Face of Mounting Legal Woes

Teresa Giudice is facing problems that go far beyond mere table flips and cocktail party fights.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star and her husband Joe have been indicted on 39 counts and appeared yesterday in federal court to face charges that include bank fraud and wire fraud.

They are now free on $500,000 bond and Teresa's lawyer says his client is trying to remain "calm, cool and collected" in the face of such woes.

"She's been through a lot, as everybody who watches the show knows," Henry E. Klingeman told Us Weekly. "[There have been] challenges, both personal and professional, and she deals with them in due course and she'll deal with this one."

This is the first, of course, that involves a possible 50-year prison sentence.

It was revealed yesterday that Joe is not actually U.S. citizen. Therefore, if he's found guilty of bankruptcy fraud charges, he may be deported.

"The family is handling themselves with great dignity, but it's very traumatic," Klingeman said of this possibility. "And when you have four small girls, it's tough for everybody, including the girls."

And just how is Joe himself handling it?

"Every point has two sides and there is another side to this," the reality star's attorney, Miles Feinstein, said. "We're confident they're not guilty but we haven't received the discovery [yet]."

Blake Lively Lucky Cover: Lovely (But Not Pregnant)

Blake Lively is one Lucky lady. She is not pregnant, however.

The 25-year-old beauty wraps herself up in a cornflower coat on the cover of Lucky magazineâ€˜s September 2013 issue, where she dishes on her style secrets.

Or lack thereof.

"I donâ€™t have a stylist. I trust myself," the actress announces.

She does need a "princess day" once in a while, though.

"That calls for wearing something totally inappropriate," she revealed. "Like a beaded purse and a gorgeous pair of crystal heels just to go to the grocery store."

She says husband Ryan Reynolds' style is better, too.

Woman Goes to Hospital For Constipation, is Actually Pregnant, Gives Birth Hours Later

In a story that will likely cause all women to second guess each stomach twinge, a British woman this week went to the hospital because she'd been feeling badly.

She thought it was just constipation. Instead, she was roughly eight months pregnant.Â

Amanda Ross had been out shopping with her partner, Paul Dean, when she started experiencing stomach cramps. She'd previously been feeling bloated but wrote it off as being constipated.

As she felt worse, Ross headed to see her doctor. They sent her over to a midwife who determined that she was indeed pregnant.Â

She was sent home with meds to alleviate the stomach issues but only hours later was headed to the hospital.Â

Four hours after arriving at the hospital, she gave birth to her daughter Chloe.

In the span of 15 hours, Ross went from thinking she needed to poo, to having a baby. My dog sleeps for over 15 hours a day. It's hard to fathom something that life changing happening in the about the same amount of time as a Labrador nap.

As mind boggling as it is for the rest of us, it's hard to fathom what Ross and Dean are feeling. Best of luck to the new parents!

Brooks Forester on The Bachelorette Breakup: Instant Regret, Second-Guessing!

As fans pore over The Bachelorette spoilers and try to make sense of what transpired two nights ago, one thing is very clear for Brooks Forester:

He regretted what played out on part one of the season finale. Immediately.

Millions of viewers cringed as Brooks Forester crushed leading lady Desiree Hartsock's hopes and dreams Monday night, leading to anguish in Antigua.

Despite his desire to be madly in love with her, he just... wasn't. Awkward pauses followed. Tears ensued. Then more tears. Then they parted ways.

But is it over for good? Despite his actions Monday, don't write Brooks off yet.

He "does care deeply for Des. His feelings were so strong, which made his decision [to leave] difficult," says a source close to the star's #1 choice.

"It was so difficult, in fact, that in the aftermath of their breakup, Brooks started second-guessing himself. He regretted the choice almost immediately."

Anthony Weiner Focus of Minor League Baseball Team's "Scandal Night"

Minor League Baseball has long been known for their crazy themed promos. Everything from "Constanza Night" based on the episode of SeinfeldÂ when George does everything the opposite of what he usually would do, to "Awful Night" filled with all things awful.Â

Now one team is capitalizing on the bevy of somewhat amusing scandals of late with Anthony Weiner's troubles headlining their "Scandal Night".

The Richmond Flying Squirrels, a Double-A farm team in the San Francisco Giants franchise, will be offering hot dogs for $1. Fans can then tweet pictures with their $1 wieners to win prizes.

Weiner isn't the only scandal part of the fun however. Oh no. There will be a Brett Farve football toss and a Tiger Woods closest to the pin contest.

While Flying Squirrels VP, Todd Parnell says the event is very "tongue in cheek", it has caused some fans to call foul.

Chad Qualls Pumps Fist in Celebration, Tumbles to the Ground

Chad Qualls is a pitcher for the Florida Marlins.

So he can be forgiven for not really knowing how to celebrate, considering the team stands at 40-65.

But that doesn't make the following mishap any less hilarious, as Qualls earned a big out in the eighth inning of a game against the Mets last night, preserving a 2-2 tie and then pumped his fist in exuberance...

... only to tumble to the ground as a result.

This isn't the first time Qualls has had a problem remaining upright on the field.

Jodie Sweetin Enters Rehab, Drops Bid For Sole Custody of Daughter

Troubled Full House star Jodie Sweetin had checked into rehab and dropped her bid to get full custody of her youngest daughter, according to reports.

The 31-year-old has entered a $50,000-a-month residential treatment facility and she's also now seeking joint custody of her daughter Beatrix, 2.

She and her third husband, Morty Coyle, split earlier this year.

â€œWhen I filed separation papers, I requested sole custody of Beatrix,â€ Jodie said. â€œBut Morty and I sat down and talked [and] Iâ€™m seeking only joint custody now.â€

â€œYou know, relationships are complicated."

Indeed, and her whole life has been a series of complications. The former child star has struggled with cocaine, crystal meth and alcohol addictions in the past.

She hasn't confirmed that she's in rehab, however movers were seen loading furniture and clothing onto a truck at the apartment complex where she lived.

They went to a secluded compound now leased to a residential rehab facility, so you can put two and two together. We wish her nothing but the best.

Kristin Chenoweth Parodies "Popular," Anthony Weiner Sexting Scandal

This is somewhat random... and totally hilarious.

On The Tonight Show yesterday, Broadway star Kristin Chenoweth sang a version of her song "Popular" from the Tony Award-winning play "Wicked."

Only this take on the track was dedicated to the Anthony Weiner scandal and included such lyrics as "Become a monk, though theyâ€™ve seen your junk..." and also offered up some great advice to wife Huma Abedin.

Chenoweth told the political advisor to get "independent of her hubby" while he sports a "chat-room chubby."

Sorry, Sydney Leathers. You aren't included in this single, but it's still very much worth a viewing:

Aisha Tyler, voice of Lana Kane inÂ Archer, is no stranger to the video game world. Sometimes that is not a good thing.

At this year's Ubisoft E3 presentation, she proved to be more of a distraction than a help with horrible scripted interactions and well, frankly she was annoying.Â

The CW Rips Off The Hunger Games, Premieres Capture

Contestants on The CW were hoping the odds were ever in their favor last night.

The network debuted one of the more unusual reality show we've seen in awhile, a competition titled Capture that made no secret it was modeled after The Hunger Games.

The show pit a dozen teams of two against each other, confining competitors to a 4,000-acre wilderness compound. It included actual threats such as difficult terrain and, well, bears.

On each installment, one pairing is chosen to be hunters and this unit has two days to track down and â€œcaptureâ€ two teams. Consider it an extreme game of tag - and a pretty cool concept if you ask us, even if its lack originality.

Heaviest Baby in German History Born: 13.47 Pounds!

Someone get this woman a bag of ice. STAT!

The New York Daily News confirms that a girl named Jasleen was born at University Hospital in Leipzig on July 26, weighing in at 13.47 pounds and measuring 22.6 inches in length. She is the heaviest child ever born vaginally in Germany.

Damn! Andâ€¦ OUCH!

Doctors say the baby's weight is due to an undiagnosed case of gestational diabetes, but both daughter and mother are doing fine. Jasleen remains in the neonatal care unit, according to the German newspaper Der Spiegel.

Jasleen, however, is not the heaviest child born in 2013.

That honor belongs to a British boy need George - no, not that British boy named George! - who tipped the scales at 15 pounds, 7 ounces.

The heaviest baby of all-time, meanwhile? The Guinness Book of World Records says it's a child born to someone named Anna Bates in 1879... who weighed 23 pounds! That's like half of Ariana Grande!

Michael Jackson-Freddy Mercury Duets: Coming Soon!

New Michael Jackson material may be released this fall, according to reports, along with new material from the late Freddie Mercury of Queen.

Together!

Three unearthed tracks Michael recorded with Freddie back in 1983 in what was supposed to be collaborative effort are apparently set to be released.

Initially, the collaboration fell apart due to the "constraints" of the two music superstars' busy schedules, as well as creative differences (so to speak).

It was rumored that Mercury was agitated that Jackson insisted in bringing a llama into the recording studio ... which sounds ridiculous yet believable.

Jackson, reportedly, was upset at Mercury for "taking too much cocaine in his living room."

The three recorded tracks featuring the two are titled:

â€œState of Shock"
"Victoryâ€

In 2011, Jacksonâ€™s estate went ahead and cleared the tracks for release, and now intends on doing so this upcoming fall, so keep an ear out!

Lauren Silverman: Pregnant By Simon Cowell! Married to His Friend!

Lauren Silverman is pregnant with Simon Cowell's baby, while still married to his close friend Andrew Silverman, according to an Us Weekly report.

The New York socialite is "around 10 weeks along," an insider shares.

Silverman, 36, is married to Andrew Silverman, a real estate mogul in New York and a close friend of Simon, 53, but they have been estranged.

She reportedly plans to leave her husband to be with Cowell.

"Lauren and Andrew have been unhappy in their marriage for some time, and their divorce has been in the works for a while," a source dished.

"As their marriage deteriorated, she and Simon became close."

Cowell's reps were unavailable for comment, but if the celebrity gossip magazine is to be believed, it sure would be a change for the famous bachelor.

"God, no. I couldn't have children. If I had them here drawing on the walls I'd go nuts," he said in 2009. "You've got a routine you can't escape from."

In 2012, however, he sang a different tune to AOL Music.

"Well...yes," he said when asked if he'd changed his mind about children. "And no. I do really, really like kids, because I can talk to them and listen to them."

"The problem has always been how much time you need to devote to them. I've always dedicated all my life to work, and at 52, I've probably missed the opportunity."

Texas A&M Freshman Killed in Single-Car Accident

Very sad news today out of New Mexico.

Two college football players - Polo Manukainiu, a redshirt freshman defensive lineman at Texas A&M; and Gaius Vaenuku, an incoming freshman defensive tackle at Utah - were killed in a single-car accident near the town of Cuba.

A third passenger, 13-year old Andrew Uhatafe, was also pronounced dead in the ambulance on the way to the hospital.

According to New Mexico State Police, the vehicle appears to have rolled over several times. Officials have ruled out alcohol as a factor and determined only the driver was wearing his seatbelt.

"We lost a terrific young man," Texas A&M coach Kevin Sumlin said in a statement. "Polo was loved by his teammates and coaches. Anyone who came in contact with him was struck by his sense of humor and smile. My heart aches for his mom and family members."

Added Utah football coach Kyle Whittingham of his defensive player:

"Everyone who knew Gaius is heartbroken today. He was the kind of young man who lit up a room and his future in football and life had no boundaries. Words cannot express our devastation over the loss of Gaius. This is a sad day not only for University of Utah football, but for everyone whose lives Gaius crossed or would have crossed but for this tragedy. Our hearts go out to Gaius' and Salesi's families, and to the Texas A&M coaches and players. We are praying for the speedy recovery of Salesi and his father."

Juan Pablo Galavis: Virtual Lock as The Bachelor in 2014?

While The Bachelorette spoilers offer conflicting hints as to what we can expect on next Monday's season finale, this much is becoming clearer:

The Bachelor will be Juan Pablo Galavis in 2014 if he wants the gig.

The Venezuelan heartthrob who wooed Desiree Hartsock is rumored to be ABC's top choice for the coming season, for a variety of (the right) reasons.

A former pro soccer stud and single dad, he would require little work in the looks department - or PR work to pitch him to fans, who already love him.

Juan Pablo Galavis inspired the most applause at the Men Tell All special, while Des' remaining three guys leave a lot to be desired for many viewers.

Speaking of the MTA episode, he looked like he was being grilled - and groomed - for the role, pulled up into the Hot Seat by host Chris Harrison.

Considering he was not the last man to be ousted, the source of drama or connected to any controversy, this would normally be an unusual move.

He handled himself well, though, saying all the right things - including that his intentions were pure, as he seeks a stepmom for his young daughter.

Plus, he wants to have two more kids. Swoon.

Finally, to state the obvious, he's Latino and the reality TV franchise has long been the subject of negative criticism for its lack of racial diversity.

Juan Pablo is Venezuelan-born (his first language isn't English), and he's a semi-known commodity that wouldn't be written off as token minority casting.

Sounds like a done deal, or close to it.

But will he take the gig if it's offered?

"It would be a very hard decision to make," he admits. "I would have to be away from my daughter for even longer and I don't know that I want to do that again."

"I saw how tough it is on Desiree to be in a relationship with all these people. There are so many things to juggle and people got competitive."

"And you have to say goodbye to so many people and I hate making somebody cry or making them sad. That part would really tough on me."

Sydney Leathers: Anthony Weiner "Too Busy J--king Off" to Be Mayor!

Sydney Leathers, Anthony Weiner's sexting partner, opened up about their "relationship" to Howard Stern Tuesday, and some of her quotes were all-timers.

Asked whether her former online paramour has what it takes to lead New York City - which he still hopes to do starting in 2014 - she did not hesitate.

â€œI mean as funny as it would be to have a Mayor Carlos Danger, I think heâ€™s a little too busy j--king off to do anything for the city,â€ Leathers told Stern.

"How are you going to be mayor of New York City if youâ€™re c--ing like five times a day?â€

In a candid and raunchy recounting of their extramarital relationship, Sydney Leathers couldn't have painted a less flattering picture of Anthony Weiner.

Yet when detailing the escalation of their sexual exchanges - email, nude sexting and even phone sex - Leathers admitted that she fell for Weiner.

â€œMaybe I thought I was in love with him; in reality I wasnâ€™t, it was just the infatuation, and the whole situation was just really intense,â€ she said.

Ironically, the 2013 Anthony Weiner sexting scandal's roots can be traced back to his 2011 resignation from Congress (also for sending penis pics).

At that time, Sydney Leathers - a fixture on Sugar Daddy websites - she wrote to Weiner on Facebook to express her disappointment in his conduct.

A year later, Leathers said Weiner "poked" her on Facebook and apologized for letting Leathers down, but almost instantly began pursuing her.

"That was what really got me," Leathers told Stern of the hypocrisy and lies. "That he's supposedly getting help but in reality he's flirting with me."

Nevertheless, the two began sexting, often trading X-rated shots. Absent from their salacious communications? Any mention of his wife and son.

Stern co-host Robin Quivers pressed her on whether Weiner somehow believed that his relationship with Leathers was not a threat to his marriage.

â€œDo you think he maybe actually thinks this is not cheating?â€ Robyn asked.

â€œI donâ€™t think he really gives a sh--, to be honest,â€ Leathers replied.

â€œHeâ€™s like, 'Iâ€™m Anthony Weiner, Iâ€™m gonna do, Iâ€™m Carlos Danger, Iâ€™m gonna do whatever I want. Who cares about my wife? She'll forgive me no matter what.'â€

Things went south, she said, because Weiner "is just this needy little b!tch, basically," she said, one who "always needs his ego stroked. That's the problem."

To that end, he grew jealous of her other online activities.

"He was clingy ... he would get pissy over, you know, guys complimenting me on Facebook, just weird $h!t like that. Iâ€™m like, â€˜Youâ€™re married. Iâ€™m single,â€™ you know?â€

If this clown doesn't drop out of the race for mayor of the biggest city in the U.S., honestly we don't know what to think anymore about anything.

Monica Lewinsky "Sex Tape" Leaks; Audio Details Plan For Bill Clinton Rendezvous

An alleged "sex tape" that Monica Lewinsky recorded for Bill Clinton at the peak of their infamous affair has leaked, according to the National Enquirer.

Lewinsky, the only person heard on the tape (which is only audio), proclaims herself â€œtoo cute and adorableâ€ to be ignored by our 42nd President:

â€œI could take my clothes off and startâ€¦ wellâ€¦ I know you wouldnâ€™t enjoy that? I hope to see you later and I hope you will follow my script and do what I want.â€

Monica Lewinsky, who turned 40 last week, allegdly made the three-minute, 47 second recording back in 1997 and addressed it to â€œhandsome.â€

The sexually explicit tape details are in the new issue of the Enquirer, though they are not available on its website, so take all this with a grain of salt.

Still, it's an interesting account to say the least:

She continues telling "handsome" that: â€œI know you will be alone tomorrow evening. I have two proposals for you, neither of which is you not seeing me.â€

Lewinsky then orders Clinton to use his secretary, Betty Currie, as a go-between and plan the presidential schedule so they could covertly meet.

She tells him to pre-plan and tell Currie he's leaving at "7, 7:30 so that everyone else who hates me that causes me lots of trouble goes home."

â€œThen you quickly sneak back and in the meantime I sneak over and then we can have a nice little visit for, you know, 15 minutes or half an hour."

"Whatever you want.â€

Allegedly, Monica Lewinsky bemoans how their previous â€œ60 secondsâ€ encounter â€œwas just not enough Â even though you did look very handsome.â€

â€œMaybe we could go over and watch a movie together and just have kind of, I donÂ¹t know, boxed dinners or something like that,â€ she alternately suggests.

â€œThat way we donâ€™t have to deal with the problem of meâ€¦ of there being a record of me going upstairs and we can spend time together and see a good movie.

â€œSo I donâ€™t know, those are two proposals and you canâ€™t refuse me because Iâ€™m too cute and adorable and soon I wonâ€™t be here anymore to pop over."

â€œIâ€™m very persistent, but umâ€¦ I really want to see you.â€

According to The Enquirer, Lewinsky played the tape for Linda Tripp, whose secret tapes of Lewinsky led to Clintonâ€™s impeachment, in 1997.

The audio cassette "sex tape" was delivered to the Oval Office the next day, according to a report by the Office of Independent Counsel Ken Starr.

The tape and other racy mementos, including love letters Lewinsky wrote to Clinton, were obtained by an individual who was hired as a â€œcleaner.â€

The source kept the sensational material private for the past 15 years while the Clintons reportedly thought the evidence had been destroyed.

â€œFirst, I forgot to tell you that the Gingko Blowjoba, or whatever itâ€™s called, was from me,â€ Lewinsky wrote in one of her romantics note to Clinton.

â€œI also included those new Zinc throat lozenges which are rumored to be great.â€

Gross.
