Teresa Palmer: Engaged to Mark Webber!

Teresa Palmer is engaged to actor Mark Webber, she confirmed today on Twitter.

"I think I've said 'fiance' over 100 times in the last few hours," she gushed.

"It sounds so nice. So happy."

The 27-year-old Warm Bodies actress met the Goodbye World actor, 33, last year.

"This is actually really embarrassing," she told Australia's Herald Sun in March.

"I looked him up after I saw the trailer for his film End of Love and I realized we had so much in common. There were lots of emails going back and forth."

"It was like old-fashioned love letters in a way. My family and friends really love him. I think he's changed my perspective on a few things about my life."

Webber, who is also a screenwriter and director, is a father to son, Isaac Love, whom he had with actress Frankie Shaw. Congrats to the couple!

Michael Ansara Dies; Star Trek Actor Was 91

Michael Ansara, a rugged character actor perhaps best known for his role on three different TV iterations of Star Trek, has died at the age of 91.

Ansara, who was married to actress Barbara Eden of I Dream of Jeannie fame, died July 31 at his home in Calabasas, Calif., after a prolonged illness.

Born in a small village in Syria to American parents, Ansara is beloved by Star Trek fans for his portrayal of his character, Klingon warrior Kang.

The actor played Kang on three versions of the legendary sci-fi franchise: the original (1968), Deep Space Nine (1994) and Voyager (1996).

He also had major roles in such films as Julius Caesar and The Robe, Jupiter’s Darling, Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea and The Greatest Story Ever Told.

Ansara came to the U.S. with his American parents at the age of 2.

As a teen, he and his family relocated to California, and he entered Los Angeles City College with the intention of becoming a doctor, not an actor.

A stint at the Pasadena Playhouse (where fellow students included Charles Bronson, Carolyn Jones and Aaron Spelling) led to roles on stage and in films.

Michael Ansara was married to Eden from 1958-74.

Their son, Matthew Michael Ansara, died in 2001.

Teresa Giudice Fraud Case: Will Joe Take the Fall?

Teresa Giudice is standing by her husband throughout their legal entanglements, and he may reward her by taking the fall, according to reports.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars are staring at up to 50 years in prison, but has made it clear that she and Joe Giudice are a united front.

“I support Joe,” she said after her indictment on 39 criminal charges. “As a wonderful husband and father, I know he wants only the best for our daughters and me.”

The Giudices could be in very deep trouble for crimes that range from mail and bank fraud to lying about their income when applying for bankruptcy.

They surrendered to authorities this week and are free on bail.

Love, family and commitment aside, her loyalty could be a calculated move, as insiders say he may try to protect his wife as much as he can in their trial.

“My guess is that Joe will take some sort of a plea to lessen or remove anything from his wife,” said Monica Chacon, an attorney familiar with Giudice.

Chacon represented Giudice’s former business partner in a 2007 case, in which Joe Mastropole sued the couple and Teresa was absolved of any wrongdoing.

Despite her signature appearing on several documents, Joe was willing to accept responsibility for forging her signature and got her off the hook.

Joe answered that he "might have” signed crucial pieces of evidence in her name and continued to insist that Teresa had nothing to do with his business dealings.

Teresa adds, “I wasn’t involved in their business… I never went to a closing. I never signed any papers. [If] my name is on a lot of properties, it is news to me.”

But the plaintiff, Mastropole, insisted The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars were lying to help her get off, and says it may happen again here.

“Any mortgages she got, she knew darn well and she signed those mortgages. You know, [Teresa and Joe] are very good actors. They should be on HBO.”

How effectively he can shield her and how strong the evidence against the duo is this time remain open questions as the case moves through federal court.

Simon Cowell and Lauren Silverman: Will They Stay Together?

Simon Cowell is focused solely on a future with Lauren Silverman and their unborn baby, a new report says, in spite of the shocking way this scandal broke.

The X Factor judge may've been blindsided by the pregnancy just like we were, but almost immediately said that his future child will "want for nothing."

Cowell plans to gladly provide for the child, and not just financially. He plans to be a committed, involved parent with a big role in raising the child.

Which begs the question of his current status with his baby mama.

As for Lauren Silverman, he reportedly felt betrayed by the pregnancy revelation, but at the same time, he's never been happier than when he's with her.

Simon is telling friends he knows the situation is "complicated," but he's confident it will all pass and his relationship with Lauren will endure this.

First, it will have to endure her divorce from his good friend.

Andrew Silverman is seeking primary custody of their son, 7, because Lauren is deficient as a parent who's often MIA and partying with celebs, he says.

He found out of her affair with Simon this year, but was stunned to see them kissing in a photo dated last summer, and how thinks Cowell is a home-wrecker.

There is a prenup in place and money issues in the split are "minor." As previously stated, Simon will make sure she and his child are set for life basically.

The real issue is custody, and because Andrew feels truly humiliated and doesn't think Lauren is a very good parent, that has the potential to get ugly.

All three people involved want the divorce to happen quickly because it's an image disaster. Time will tell if they can work together to make it happen.

The singer poses nude for Marc Jacobs and in advocacy of skin cancer prevention on a new line of t-shirts, while she also stars in the new Big Sean music video for the song "Fire."

Charlie Sheen and Capri Anderson: Hitting it Again! Living Together!

Charlie Sheen and Capri Anderson have reunited.

In his house. Where she now lives as well.

Yes, the porn star who accused him of assault and battery after a drug-fueled night in 2010, then allegedly tried to extort him, is now one of his famed goddesses!

Insiders say that Charlie moved 25-year-old Capri (real name Christina Walsh) into his home nearly a month ago after their apparent reconciliation.

“Charlie doesn’t hold grudges and lives in the moment, which is why he’s moved Capri in with him,” the source said. “She moved in about three weeks ago.”

Since then, “Charlie’s been partying almost harder than ever. It’s one of the only things he and Capri have in common!” the source revealed to Radar.

As for any bad blood? “Charlie and Capri pretty much just act like none of that craziness from the past ever happened. It’s the weirdest thing.”

This was no run-of-the-mill bad breakup here.

in 2010, Charlie met Capri when he hired her for a $12,000 night in an NYC hotel room, which ended with a violent rampage and Sheen in the hospital.

He was found drunk and naked with Capri in the closet.

Having been stiffed of her $12,000, since Charlie flipped out and never paid, Anderson was furious and began to try to make money off of the notoriety.

Capri allegedly stole his $170,000 Patek Philippe watch, then allegedly tried to extort $1 million from Charlie in exchange for her silence about their night.

The call girl certainly wasn't silent, proceeding to tell everybody about that drug-fueled night with Sheen who would possibly listen or care.

Charlie tried to file an extortion suit against her, but process servers could not locate her to give her the papers and eventually it all petered out.

There you go. All's well that ends well, we suppose.

Riley Cooper Excused From Eagles, Will Focus on Counseling

Embattled wide receiver Riley Cooper has been excused from the Philadelphia Eagles indefinitely, citing a need for counseling and sensitivity training.

The decision comes two days after a video from a Kenny Chesney concert showed Cooper using a racial slur toward an African-American security guard.

"Riley Cooper will be seeking counseling and we have excused him from all team activities," the Eagles said in a statement. "This is all new territory."

"He will meet with professionals provided by the Eagles during this time to better help him understand how his words have hurt so many, including his teammates."

"We are going to evaluate this timetable every step of the way."

Cooper practiced Thursday but often seemed isolated and alone between repetitions. Before the scandal broke, he seemed on track to win a starting job.

Now his mere employment seems jeopardized at best.

Quarterback Michael Vick expressed forgiveness of Cooper on Wednesday. The reaction of other teammates has ranged from supportive to tepid.

Cooper is clearly struggling to come to grips with his actions and the subsequent fallout, which has included angry responses from other NFL players.

"The last few days have been incredibly difficult for me," he said. "My actions were inexcusable. The more I think about what I did, the more disgusted I get."

"I keep trying to figure out how I could have said something so repulsive, and what I can do to make things better. Right now, I think it's important for me to take some time to reflect."

"The organization and my teammates have been extremely supportive, but I also realize that there are people who will have a tough time forgiving me."

"The best thing for me, and for the team, is to step away for a period of time.

"During this time I'm going to be speaking with a variety of professionals to help me better understand how I could have done something that was so offensive."

"My goal is to find a way to start the healing process for everyone. As long as it takes, and whatever I have to do, I'm going to try to make this right."

Paula Patton: "Blurred Lines" is a Turn-On!

Robin Thicke's hit song "Blurred Lines" has been criticized for being too "rapey" by some women, and its uncensored video was banned from YouTube.

Make no mistake, though - it's a huge turn on to Mrs. Thicke!

"I love that song," Robin's wife Paula Patton gushed to Chelsea Handler. "I don't know what it is, it just makes you want to dance and party and groove."

Not only that, Paula Patton was the one who convinced the singer to release the controversial "Blurred Lines" music video featuring topless models.

"She wanted to do a nude version.' And so he saw it and he's like, ‘I don't know, I'm nervous. I'm nervous.' And we watched it and I thought, ‘It's amazing.''

The premise isn't too weird - a guy puts on a pair of x-ray glasses and takes in the view - but one has to wonder... Do women often hang from rings on a wall in Penelope Cruz's world? Crawl around on counters feeding each other cake?

Anthony Adams, Former NFL Lineman, Goes Viral with "Slab City"

Anthony "Spice" Adams has gone from the gridiron to the grill.

The former Penn State standout was drafted in 2003 by the 49ers and played four seasons in San Francisco, followed by four seasons in Chicago before retiring in March.

And now he's a viral video star!

Adams has released "Slab City," a parody of the 2011 hit "Rack City," that features plenty of slo-mo sauce action, along with a lot more than you probably want to see of this large man without a shirt on.

Fetus Dolls Given to Kids By Anti-Abortion Group at North Dakota State Fair

There's making a point, and there's being creepy. It appears as if one North Dakota anti-abortion group is skewing a bit on the creepy side with their latest move.

Some people go to the State Fair to sample various fried goodies and perhaps ride the Ferris Wheel. The Minot Right to Life group however? They went to hand out little squishy fetus dolls to children.

Even fellow pro-lifers are giving this the Scooby-Doo "wth" look. Rob Port, editor of conservative blog Say Anything, noticed his 5 year old daughter with the toy and wasn't too pleased.

He later commented on his blog, "Whatever group is out there trying to promote the pro-life message by handing out squish alien babies, stop. You're doing more harm than good."

While that statement pretty much sums it up, the best line from Mr. Port was this - "stop being a bunch of weirdos."

Cool Runnings Written Under the Influence of Heroin

Reddit can be a great source of information, especially when it comes to their AMA (Ask Me Anything) posts. This week, screenwriter Tony Swerdlow took to the site in hopes of raising some publicity for his Indiegogo project, The House Itself.

However, it was Swerdlow's admission of being high as a kite while writing such classics as Cool Runnings and Little Giants that caught everyone's attention.

The amazing part? Swerdlow's description of his reaction to the heroine, "it made no difference... it was like using oxygen it didn't get me high.. just let me function.. glad you love the movie though."

So heroine is like oxygen? Not having ever used heroine I'll have to take his word for it but that was certainly not what I would have expected.

Swerdlow is clean now thanks to having suffered a heart valve infection that more or less forced him to drop the drugs. We wish him all the luck with his new film. Always nice to see someone get their act together, "like using oxygen" or not.

Jennifer Aniston WILL BE Pregnant at 45 Next Year, Tabloid Alleges

Is Jennifer Aniston pregnant? No. Not a chance.

But hey, why let that stop you if you're In Touch and you want a break from Kim Kardasian or Kate Middleton coverage? Exactly. Just go with it people.

The celebrity gossip magazine claims that after YEARS of failed relationships, her baby dreams will FINALLY be realized ... next year. Maybe.

According to this obviously reliable source, Jen has begun IVF treatments, and if all goes as planned, she’ll be pregnant by her 45th birthday February 11.

"She’s ready,” says an insider close to Jen and fiancee Justin Theroux, adding that she will be “an amazing mom.” We have no doubt she will ... but come on.

How many years will it take before this story stops being recycled? Between this and her lack of weddings, we're almost hitting Jen tabloid fatigue.

She even said this week that she has no date set with Theroux, though she already feels married. Are kids in the future for them? Maybe. Or not.

We won't know for sure until she actually is pregnant, but she's certainly in no hurry, and the obsession with the topic on tabloids' part is a tad strange:

Selena Gomez was spotted on Monday at the famous eatery in Los Angeles, posing with fans and looking quite relaxed in sweat pants and a tank top.

Gomez also hung at a Hooters in Boston this spring, Tweeting a photo of herself at the restaurant and including with it the caption: "Me and my Hooters..... smh."

What? They have good wings!

But Selena has a reason to celebrate this week that doesn't include busty waitresses and cheap appetizers. Her album has hit number-one! Hooray! We're so happy for the new 21-year old!

Perhaps in response to the huge success the Golden Globes found in their two funny lady hosts, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, last year, the Oscars have pegged Ellen DeGeneres to host this year's festivities.

Ellen took to twitter this morning to make the announcement...

"It's official: I'm hosting the #Oscars! I'd like to thank @TheAcademy, my wife Portia, and, oh dear, there goes the orchestra."

The Ellen nod was one of the first actions taken by new Academy President, Cheryl Boone Issacs. We can hope this is just the first of many good decisions on her part!

It appears as if the UK is having a bit of a problem with male genitalia making headlines lately. 

Last time it was the Pembrokeshire Herald running an ad for Enterprise that does a little more than pick people up and today it's the BBC involving a picture of Prince William with a bit of an appendage doodled on his head.

The photo of Prince William and wife, Kate Middleton, shows what happens when Brits get bored apparently. Perhaps there isn't enough Royal Baby news to keep them occupied?

While the penis may be making the news, let's not overlook the soul patch. I think we can all agree that it is probably the more egregious of the facial adornments.

Huma Abedin: Why Doesn't She Leave Anthony Weiner?!

It's the question everyone surely asks whenever they see Huma Abedin standing beside husband Anthony Weiner during yet another press conference....

Why does she stay with him?

Her reason is actually quite "normal" given the circumstances. She stays for the sake of their 19 month old son, Jordan. 

Rory Tahari, a longtime friend of the couple, says that, "She never wanted Jordan to say to her, "Why didn't you do everything you could to help Dad?"" 

In addition, Abedin is said to believe strongly in the "for better or worse" portion of her wedding vows. More power to ya but there are a lot of women out there who would look at multiple lewd sextings as far beyond "worse". 

The couple has been in therapy for many years, no doubt due in large part to Weiner's inability to stop tweeting other women pictures of his junk.

Woman Sleeps in Makeup For a Month, Skin Ages 10 YEARS

A recent survey revealed that a third of women sleep with makeup on at least twice a week, and that the effects of doing so are less than stellar.

So for a month, one woman decided to test that theory by applying make-up as normal and never taking it off. The results, as you'd expect, were horrible:

By the end, experts said her skin had aged by a decade.

She allowed herself a "cursory wash in the shower every morning," but no cleansing products and nothing before bed. The photos speak for themselves.

Not all of that damage is permanent, though some research suggests this may age one's faces by more than two days for every night that it happens.

It all comes down to priorities and busy schedules, of course.

Everyone's been so drained at the end of the day by work, family and other obligations (or fun) that they've eschewed their pre-bedtime rituals.

Also, this woman was literally applying creams and makeup on top of the residue of whatever was left to prove a point, which is a totally extreme case.

Nevertheless, it might make you rethink things the next time you're too tired (or lazy) to do your nighttime regime, if it really adds up over time.

Andrew Silverman to Simon Cowell: You Home-Wrecker!

Oh Simon Cowell. You may have been blindsided by Lauren Silverman's pregnancy but Andrew Silverman isn't fooled.

Quite the contrary actually.

Silverman claims that Cowell and Lauren Silverman were getting it on while the two were still married. This is despite Cowell's assertions that there was no physical relationship until after the Silverman marriage was kaput.

According to TMZ, Andrew Silverman is wanting out of Dodge in speedy fashion. Hoping to settle financial and custody matters quickly so he can get away from his wife and Cowell and the circus that surrounds the two at the moment. 

Silverman is currently seeking full custody of their 7 year old son, but no final decisions have been made in that regard. 

Simon Cowell's official statement might still be "wanting to keep things private" but it doesn't appear as if Silverman is ready to go quietly into the night.

Scooter Braun Pushes Justin Bieber: Dump Lil Twist!

Lil Twist is causing a big problem for Justin Bieber.

A day after the teenage rapper was accused of assault against a woman inside Bieber's house, manager Scooter Braun reportedly confronted his client with a seemingly simple request:

Axe this loser from your life.

But, as Bieber has done in the past, TMZ sources say he refused Braun's order and the friends/colleagues got into a big fight.

Lil Twist has been a major thorn in Bieber's side for a long time now.

• He was pulled over for DUI (in Justin's car) last month.
• He was seen driving recklessly and dangerously around Justin's neighborhood.
• He got into a car accident (again, in Justin's car) and fled the scene in March.
• He is allegedly always by Bieber's side any time marijuana is involved.

The Smurfs 2 Reviews: Too Much of a Good Thing?

I love the Smurfs. Who doesn't? They're blue, cuddly, cute, and adorable.

However, after their first outing, even adults who remember the cartoon of their youth with great fondness were rooting for Gargamel. That hasn't stopped the team behind Smurfs at coming back for a sequel.

Asian Girlz Music Video: The Most Racist Thing of All Time?

Day Above Ground recently released a song called "Asian Girlz," and immediately felt the backlash, which isn't shocking considering its lyrics and content.

Depending on your point of view, it's either the most racist thing you've seen all week, the most racist thing you've seen ever, or somewhere in between:

While an Asian model strips, the band sings about fried rice and basically every other stereotype you can think of, with varying degrees of offensiveness.

While this is happening, every member of the band goes on a date with an Asian girl, who's "17 or 23, it doesn't matter to me!" Seriously, that's a lyric.

Levy Tran, the "Asian Girl" in the video, apologized for participating in the clip on Twitter, while the band defended the work as a satire in a YouTube statement:

"This video is intended to be a satirical, provocative, absurd, & even silly work of art."

"The lyrics, story, and visuals are so completely over-the-top and ridiculous that we thought it'd be impossible to miss the point."

"But some very vocal groups, especially the blog, Angry Asian Men, attacked it right out of the gate very aggressively. Their fury was soon amplified by the blog/news cycle."

"Shortly after, the views and craziness began climbing by the second. Angry Asian Men, to you we say - all's fair so well done! We salute you. Seriously. No satire intended this time."

"So due to the overwhelming misunderstanding of this video & the anger it has incited - especially the bizarre and horrible personal attacks on actress Levy Tran - we're pulling the video down within the next 48 hours."

Aaron Hernandez Letter to Fan: I'm NOT GUILTY!

Former New England Patriots football star Aaron Hernandez has been in jail for over a month after being arrested in connection with Odin Lloyd's murder.

With time on his hands in solitary confinement, he apparently made a pen pal. A guy named Karl wrote a letter to Hernandez and he actually responded.

The letter Aaron wrote Karl made its way online and has been authenticated as real by law enforcement officials. In it, he proclaims his innocence.

"Your letter meant alot and was very true! I know everything happens for a reason and I know 'God' has a plan for me and something good will come out of this," he writes.

"The world just makes things out of false accusations and it will all die down especially when they say NOT GUILTY and the people who turned on me will feel like crap."

"I've always been a great person an[d] known for having an amazing heart! I am a strong person and nothing will break me!"

"A [correctional officer] will never nor can they say now for one day have I been down or not with a smile on my face."

"I know there is a reason I'm going thru this and I will figure it out through my relationship with the Lord."

"I fell off especially after making all that money but when its all said and done 'God' put me in the situation for a reason."

"I'm humbled by this ALREADY and this will change me forever. At least I'll know my true supporters. Thanks for being one of them!"

"Can't wait to sign this again when I'm playing again an[d] prove all the haters and da talkers WRONG."

There you have it. Though Karl and Aaron may not be pen pals for long.

The incarcerated 23-year-old former NFL standout closed out the handwritten letter by asking his new pen pal to "keep this off social media PLEASE."

Russia Anti-Gay Law Sparks Protests, Olympic Boycott Threats

The Russian Parliament's support for a new law banning "propaganda of nontraditional sexual relations around minors" is sparking international outcry.

Implemented after President Vladimir Putin signed it into law, it bars the public discussion of gay rights and relationships anywhere children might hear it.

Russia's anti-gay law has quickly been condemned by domestic and international rights groups as highly discriminatory, and has prompted retaliation.

From calls for a boycott of the Olympics to gay bars in Los Angeles planning "vodka-dumping" protests, reaction has been as swift as it is negative.

Human Rights Watch described the anti-gay propaganda law as "a profoundly discriminatory, dangerous bill that is bound to worsen homophobia in Russia."

Its implications may be wide-ranging.

As Russia prepares to host the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, there is growing concern about what the legislation will mean for gay athletes and visitors.

The debate was stirred up this week by St. Petersburg politician Vitaly Milonov, who implemented a local, earlier version of the propaganda law in his city.

Amid word that Russia would not enforce the law during the Olympics, he said all Russian laws should be enforced there, regardless of who is breaking them.

"If a law has been passed by parliament and signed by the president, the government has no right or powers to reverse it," Milonov told the media.

There have been conflicting calls from gay rights activists over a suggested boycott of the Sochi Games, which some believe would only be counterproductive.

Critics of such a move believe activists should focus on putting pressure on Russia's government rather than denying athletes a chance to compete.

The International Olympic Committee issued a statement saying the Russian government had given assurances that gay visitors would not be affected by the law.

"The Games themselves should be open to all, free of discrimination, and that applies to spectators, officials, media and of course athletes," it said.

"To that end, the IOC has received assurances from the highest level of government in Russia that the legislation will not affect those attending or taking part."

USA Track and Field, the U.S. national governing body for athletics, is treating the matter as a safety and security issue, spokeswoman Jill Geer told CNN.

Pressure Cooker, Backpack Google Searches Lead to Visit From Police

A Long Island couple was visited by six men from a joint terrorism task force after Googling pressure cookers and backpacks, according to a new report.

How'd the government know what they were Googling - and so fast?

The Suffolk County Police Department released a statement:

"Intelligence Detectives received a tip from a Bay Shore based computer company regarding suspicious computer searches conducted by a recently released employee."

"The computer searches took place on this employee’s workplace computer. On that computer, the employee searched the terms 'pressure cooker bombs' and 'backpacks.'"

After interviewing the company representatives, Suffolk County Police Detectives visited the subject’s home to ask about the suspicious internet searches.

The incident was investigated by Suffolk County Police Department’s Criminal Intelligence Detectives and was determined to be non-criminal in nature.

Nevertheless, they were peppering the couple with questions.

"Where is he from? Where are his parents from? They asked about me, where was I, where do I work, where do my parents live," Michelle Catalano recalls.

"Do you have any bombs, they asked. Do you own a pressure cooker? My husband said no, but we have a rice cooker. Can you make a bomb with that?"

"My husband said no, my wife uses it to make quinoa. What the hell is quinoa, they asked. Have you ever looked up how to make a pressure cooker bomb?"

"My husband, ever the oppositional kind, asked them if they themselves weren’t curious as to how a pressure cooker bomb works, if they ever looked it up."

"Two of them admitted they did."

The men identified themselves as members of the "joint terrorism task force." The composition of such task forces depend on the region of the country.

After the Boston Marathon bombing, however, this has been known to include a variety of federal agencies, including the FBI and Homeland Security.

It was still not clear which agency knocked on Catalano's door, however the county police department told The Atlantic that it was "not involved in any way."

Similarly, FBI spokesperson Peter Donald denied involvement, adding that he couldn't provide what information that led to the visit, as he didn't know.

Ever since details of NSA's surveillance infrastructure were leaked by Edward Snowden, the agency has been insistent on the boundaries of the intel it collects.

It is not, by law, allowed to spy on Americans.

Its PRISM program, under which it collects internet content, does not include information from Americans unless they are connected to terror suspects.

It collects metadata on phone calls made by Americans, however officials reportedly stopped collecting metadata on Americans' Internet use in 2011.

Amanda Bynes Denied Release From Psychiatric Hospital Following Hearing

Amanda Bynes tried and failed to secure her release Thursday from the hospital where she has been held under a 5150 psychiatric hold since July 23.

In a hearing held at the hospital, she argued there was no legal basis to hold her for two more weeks, as a judge ordered once the 72-hour hold lapsed.

The actress' lawyer argued at the hearing that she is making good progress, more than capable of caring for herself and no longer a danger to others. 

She is actually doing a lot better since her doctors began administering a cocktail of medication, though there are clear signs Amanda is schizophrenic.

In the end the judge agreed with the star's doctors, who said Amanda needs to stay in the hospital since her mental health is precarious at best.  

Although she is now on medication, Bynes still does not acknowledge she suffers from a mental illness, which does not bode well for obvious reasons.

Doctors believe there's more than a decent chance she wouldn't take the medication that's helping stabilize her if she's out on her own right now.

Bynes has been hospitalized since starting a driveway fire 10 days ago outside a home in Thousand Oaks, Calif., for seemingly no reason whatsoever.

The 5150 hold lasted three days, then doctors stepped in and got a judge to extend it for two additional weeks so they could properly diagnose her.

What happens once those two weeks are up? Stay tuned.

According to an Us Weekly exclusive, however, Robert Pattinson IS "hanging out and hooking up" with Riley Keough, despite previous conflicting reports.

Talk of Pattinson and Keough as a couple first surfaced in early June.

HOWEVER: "She's the first girl he's liked since Kristen," a tabloid insider says of Keough, who is the granddaughter of Elvis Presley. "[They're] having a lot of fun."

A lot of naked fun, if this allegation is to to believed.

And what makes this even more awkward: Keough co-starred in The Runaways… opposite Stewart!

She has previously been linked romantically with Alex Pettyfer, even rocking an engagement ring from him in 2012.

New Doctor Who Announcement: Coming Sunday!

Consider the following date and time, Time Lord fans:

On Sunday at 2 p.m. EST, Doctor Who producers will announce the actor that will take over for Matt Smith in the title role of this iconic series. The casting will take place on BBC American and BBC One in Great Britain.

“The decision is made and the time has come to reveal who’s taking over the TARDIS. For the last of the Time Lords, the clock is striking twelve," said producer Steven Moffat in a press release.

Matt Smith announced a few weeks ago that he was stepping out of this role, effective after the 2013 Christmas special.

Sunday's half-hour show will therefore introduce us to the 12th-ever Doctor Who and he'll be interviewed in front of a live studio audience. Moffat and Smith will also be on hand.

Lindsay Lohan: My Dad's Not Going Anywhere!

Lindsay Lohan is NOT cutting her dad out of her life as part of her recent housecleaning, reports say ... and even wants him to be a bigger part of her life.

The troubled star made a list and went on a friend-slashing rampage a few weeks ago while in treatment, deciding which people she wants out of her life.

Supposedly, "cut" exceeded "keep" by almost an 80-20 ratio, but Mike is being kept around - despite the glaring flaws LiLo reportedly does acknowledge.

Megan Fox: Pregnant With Baby #2!

Megan Fox is pregnant again!

Not even a year after becoming a mother for the first time, the actress is already expanding her growing family with her husband, Brian Austin Green.

This time it's confirmed, too.

"I can confirm Megan is expecting her second child with her husband Brian," the pregnant actress' rep confirmed to The New York Post's Page Six.

"They are both very happy."

Together since 2004 and married since since 2010, Fox, 27, and Green, 40, welcomed their first child, son Noah Shannon on September 27, 2012.

It's unclear how far along she is, but she's been filming the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie in NYC and has not let it impact her career so far.

Brian Austin Green also has an 11-year-old son from his previous relationship with Vanessa Marcil. Congratulations to the happy family on the news!

Lauren Silverman, Simon Cowell Break Silence on Pregnancy

Lauren Silverman and Simon Cowell - along with her estranged husband Andrew - have broken their silence on her pregnancy in separate statements.

The X Factor judge tried deflecting the issue with a quip at a Television Critics Association event, joking when asked about it, "I haven't read the newspapers."

Then he commented, briefly: "Unfortunately at this moment I have to keep it private."

"There are a lot of things I will eventually clear up when the time is right, but I really have to be sensitive because there's a lot of people's feelings involved here.”

Meanwhile, Lauren Silverman and her husband Andrew spoke out for the first time since the news broke that she is pregnant with Cowell's baby:

“My top priority is protecting my 7-year-old son while working to resolve all outstanding issues with my wife," Andrew Silverman said in a statement.

"Hopefully people can respect the interest of our child during this process."

In a separate statement, Lauren said: "I am committed to sorting things out with Andrew as amicably as possible to ensure the well-being of our son."

"I would hope for some space and privacy in order to work through this."

Andrew Silverman, a friend of Cowell's, has reportedly filed divorce papers in New York listing "adultery" as the reason for the demise of his marriage.

It's unclear when the relationship began, but Lauren allegedly blindsided Simon Cowell with the pregnancy news along with the rest of the world.

Justin Bieber Lectures Fans, Sticks iPhone Down His Pants

Justin Bieber took a break from singing on Tuesday night in Newark and tried his hand at teaching.

Clearly perturbed that fans were tossing items on to the stage, Bieber stopped the show and asked that attendees refrain from such actions. When they continued to do so?

He asked if everyone knew the meaning of the word "refrain."

One individual apparently did not. And when she threw her iPhone at the star, he stuck it down his pants!

Earlier in the week, Bieber made like Eminem during a show in Detroit.

Amanda Seyfried, Dog Wow Late Show Viewers

As previously noted, Amanda Seyfried loves her dog. And now we know why.

The actress appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman last night and brought along her trusty canine, Finn.

And, much to the shock of the veteran host, the pet perfectly followed his owner's commands, sitting very still even when a juicy hamburger was placed on his adorable, obedient head.

Michael Phelps' Mustache: Awesome or Really Awesome?!

Retirement from swimming apparently suits Michael Phelps well in the girlfriend department - he's dating Golf Channel's Win McMurry - and the facial hair realm.

As mustaches go, Phelps' is fairly epic by modern standards:

Debuted within an adorable, black-and-white photograph of the Olympic champion and his niece, the new look definitely suits him, don't you think?

Phelps posted the shot on his Instagram today, and we're not sure if it just works because he has 87 gold medals, or because it's just that awesome.

Yesterday we got a nice little tidbit of the upcoming Watch Dogs with this Aisha Tyler trailer. While that was enjoyable, a real gameplay trailer is always better.

There is a good reason it's one of the most anticipated upcoming games. Simply put, it looks amazing. Hopefully the storyline is as strong as the graphics because this is one you can easily see spending a lot of hours with.

Watch Dogs will be released on November 19th for all current generation consoles. The release date for next gen consoles has not been announced yet.

Crazy Rhubarb Lady Will Cut You Over "Alley Property"

Whoever said "fences make good neighbors" obviously never met the Crazy Rhubarb Lady.

An unidentified woman in an unidentified Midwest town has taken to the alleyways to harvest whatever rhubarb she happens to come across. 

Check out the interaction she has with the owner (although that is under dispute by at least one party) of the rhubarb. Be warned though, this lady has a mouth like a sailor so this is very NSFW.

My neighbor once yelled at me for not sweeping my part of the alleyway and I thought she was nuts. I now know, she's not even close to crazy.

Crazy Rhubarb Lady, however? Well she might be certifiable.

Lil Twist: Accused of Assault Inside Justin Bieber's Home

So, Justin Bieber, will you still stand by Lil Twist?

The teenage rapper, who was caught with marijuana inside Bieber's car last month, has now been accused of assaulting a woman... inside Justin Bieber's house!

According to TMZ sources, a woman filed a police report this morning that alleged she tried to leave the singer's Calabasas mansion around 3:30 a.m.

However, Lil Twist supposedly grabbed her by the arm and attempted to prevent her departure.

The unnamed victim got away and drove directly a nearby Sheriff's Department to report this.

Officials are now investigating her allegation against Twist, who has also been pulled over for speeding in Bieber's Fisker Karma on multiple occasions.

Justin Bieber was NOT home at the time of this alleged incident, but it still must be asked: Why does he continually allow Lil Twist access to his stuff?!?

American Idol Update: Keith Urban In, Jennifer Lopez Close to Return

Are you ready to welcome Jennifer Lopez back to the judges' table, American Idol fans?

Following a dismally rated season - and amidst talk that Adam Lambert or Kelly Clarkson will be joining Jennifer Hudson as a panelist in 2014 - an insider tells People that Lopez  is "very close" to signing a new deal with the show.

Both Fox and the artist want a contract to "happen very much," the source adds, explaining why J. Lo took last season off:

"She had committed to a world tour. But now that the tour is over, she has more time to raise her family, do movies and pursue television projects."

And the schedule of an American Idol judge reportedly fits the star's plans perfectly.

Coming off such a disappointing season, Fox has cleared house at the competition. Mariah Carey, Nicki Minaj and Randy Jackson are all out as judges. Even Nigel Lythgoe has been let go as producer.

Rashida Jones and Rob Lowe to Depart Parks and Recreation

This is LITerally the worst news we've heard all week.

In news initially broken by BuzzFeed and then confirmed by NBC, Rashida Jones and Rob Lowe are on their way out of Parks and Recreation.

For reasons presumed budgetary reasons, the actors will depart the hilarious sitcom following Episode 13 of Season 6.

"The news about Rob and Rashida is true," executive producer Mike Schur said in a statement. "We've been working on their storyline (on and off) for four seasons now, and heading into this year, with the two of them contemplating parenthood, it felt like a natural time to move them into the next phase."

When we last saw Jones' Ann Perkins (who has been with the series since its pilot) and Lowe's Chris Traeger (who joined toward the end of Season 2), they had agreed to make a baby together.

It's unclear how the characters will be written out, but it's safe to assume this parental mission will be accomplished and the pair will choose to raise their child outside Pawnee for whatever reason.

Concluded Schur:

"We absolutely love both Rashida and Rob, and will be sad to see them go.  Rashida was one of the very first people we knew we wanted in the cast, and as important as Ann is to [Amy Poehler's] Leslie (and vice-versa), she'll certainly never be far from Pawnee. Rob we initially thought we could only have for six or eight episodes, and we couldn't be happier that he will have stuck around for 75

"They are wonderful, funny, committed actors, they've been a huge part of the Parks and Rec family, and we think we have a great Pawnee send-off in the works for them.

Ariel Castro Sentenced to Life Plus 1,000 Years in Prison

Cleveland kidnapper Ariel Castro was sentenced to life plus 1,000 years in prison today, one week after he pleaded guilty to avoid the death penalty.

The court in Cuyahoga County (Oh.) is seizing the property of the criminal and imposing a fine of $100,000 on him, in addition to his massive sentence.

"There is no place in this city, there is no place in this country, there is no place in this world for those who enslave others," Judge Michael Russo told him.

"A person can only die in prison once," Russo added of the mammoth sentence, which he said was "commensurate with the harm" done by Ariel Castro.

Russo, noting how Castro treated victims, said consecutive sentences rendered in his case must be "imposed" to protect the public and "to punish you."

"You don't deserve to be out in our community. You're too dangerous."

Speaking at his sentencing hearing, Castro turned around in the courtroom and glanced at family members of the victims. "I am truly sorry," he said.

"Thank you victims. Please find it in your heart to forgive me," he said at the end of his statement, but the judge and the victims were quite unmoved.

Ariel Castro took issue with the aggravated murder charge related to the allegation that his abuse terminated the pregnancy of one of his victims.

He said there was no evidence that the incident ever occurred; Castro did plead guilty to that and nearly 400 counts of kidnapping and rape, however.

When Judge Russo reminded him that he pleaded guilty, Castro said he did so only to save his three female victims further psychological trauma.

Castro tried to argue that he is "sick" and not a monster as portrayed, but Russo countered that he fits the very definition of a "violent sexual predator."

Russo said Castro admitted this as well "by virtue of your plea."

Noting that Castro had an "outwardly" normal relationship with a girlfriend, Russo said it's clear "you are able to choose who you wish to victimize."

Tragically, he victimized Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight for a decade, chaining them in his basement and raping them repeatedly.

Knight spoke out at the hearing today, along with investigators who outlined some of the graphic discoveries they made inside the dungeon Castro called home:

A thousand years can't help them heal, but it's a good start.

Former reality star, new mom and the fiancee of Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, Kristin Cavallari is apparently designing NFL Women's Apparel.

Her collection won't debut until New York Fashion Week in September, but she recently shared four sketches of items she's working on. Take a look:

Naturally, for her favorite team, Kristin Cavallari is designing a simple form-fitting Bears mini dress with her lifetime love's jersey number on the back.

Her potential Denver design featured a similar dress shape, albeit with a checkered pattern, while her Texans model is more of a sexy midriff crop top.

Kristin has celebrity company among the NFL Women's Apparel crew.

Stacy Keibler (a former Baltimore Ravens cheerleader) and supermodel Karolina Kurkova will both star in ads for the clothing collection later this year.

Drunk Ron Weasley Wishes Harry Potter a Happy Birthday

Yesterday was Harry Potter's birthday and who better to wish him a happy 33rd than his best friend Ron Weasley?

No one, that's who. Which is why Ron himself stopped by Late Night with Jimmy Fallon last night to congratulate Harry on 33 years with a song.

Awww, such sad news. Hermione has left him. Perhaps it's because he is in his 30's, getting drunk on national television, and still wearing his high school robes. Get your act together Mr. Weasley!

Nick Cannon to Amanda Bynes: I Understand, I Care, and I'm Here For You

Nick Cannon and Amanda Bynes go back a long way, so it's little surprise he is coming to his friend and Nickelodeon co-star's defense in an open letter.

Cannon has found himself asked about her a lot in interviews these days, especially after her recent hospitalization and psychiatric hold this month.

As a result, the America's Got Talent host posted an open letter to his “sister” Wednesday, trying to explain to the public the pressures child stars face.

Nick notes that while Bynes’ behavior might look “crazy” to people on the outside, it makes total sense to him and should not be a laughing matter.

“Lately I have been hit with an onslaught of questions about someone I consider family, someone I watched grow up," Cannon writes of the actress.

"Someone I genuinely feel is one of the most pleasant human beings I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, Amanda Bynes."

“The questions have ranged from, ‘Have you spoken to Amanda’ to ‘Are you working on her rap album.’"

"Sometimes I would answer in a playful humorous manner and sometimes I would brush it off as another pop culture topic that a reporter was trying to retrieve a sound bite for."

"But after recent events of Amanda being admitted under psychiatric care and reported as 5150, I see this as no laughing matter.”

While Cannon calls a career in entertainment “one of the best and easiest occupations to ever have,” he says “one must know how to navigate through the matrix."

Otherwise, he says "you may find yourself in a very dark hole.”

Before wrapping up his letter with some lyrics from Bill Withers’ classic song “Lean on Me,” he addresses Bynes and offers help to his onetime co-star:

"So I say to my sister Amanda Bynes you’re not alone. I’m here for you. I understand. I care and I appreciate you, because that’s what family does and that’s what family is for.”

Cronuts Go Global: International Dunkin Donuts Offer Dessert Treat Knockoffs

Forget Twerking. That trend is so five minutes ago.

Cronuts are now all the rage, as this donut/croissant hybrid was created and copyrighted by a New York City baker.

But that hasn't stopped the phenomenon from going global. In South Korea, Dunkin' Donuts is offering a "New York Pie Donut" on its menu, while the same chain in the Philippines is advertising "The Donut Croissant."

Same idea. Same very, very, very long lines.

What is all the fuss about? Considering the cronut seems like a dessert recipe anyone can whip up at home?

Did Marvel leave anyone out of this new Thor: The Dark World poster? It doesn't appear that they did. 

Obviously Chris Hemsworth and Natalie Portman as Thor and Jane. Tom Hiddleston's Loki and Anthony Hopkins' Odin. Is that Kat Dennings or Jaimie Alexander off to the right there?

Overlooking them all is Christopher Eccleston as Malekith looking very stern. Wonder why he never busted out those ears for Doctor Who, they look nice. Pointy, but nice.

Tennessee Man Attempts to Live Underwater for Six Days, Set World Record

Jerry Hall is a lucky man.

In an attempt to set the world record for longest fresh water scuba dive, the Tennessee native has been submerged underwater since Saturday.

As a result, he hasn't had to look at any Anthony Weiner nude pics... ponder the mental state of Amanda Bynes... or watch Riley Cooper make a fool out of himself and the Philadelphia Eagles.

Hall has been talking with friends, watching movies and even sleeping during his time away from land, as 20 volunteers are helping him accomplish this unusual goal.

Will he do it? Most likely. Hall only has one day to go in order to set a new mark. We wish him the best of luck.

Cristiano Ronaldo Throws Out First Pitch, Makes Carly Rae Jepsen Proud

Portuguese soccer god Cristiano Ronaldo is giving last month's Carly Rae Jepsen first pitch fail a run for its terrible money ... and he's a pro athlete!

Throwing out the ceremonial first pitch at the Dodgers game in Los Angeles last night, Ronaldo showed fans why he's made millions with his footwork.

He airmailed the catcher by a good five feet. Take a look:

We'll give him a pass for at least getting it to the plate. Perhaps he was overcompensating out there, with Carly Rae's epic fail in the back of his mind.

Also, at least he didn't fall down fist-pumping a la Chad Qualls.

Grey's Anatomy Season Premiere Title: Revealed!

We learned the TVD season premiere title earlier today. Now the Grey's Anatomy Season 10 premiere title has been revealed by ABC sources, as well.

"Seal Our Fate." Sorry Richard?

The title may not bode well for the character played by original cast member James Pickens, Jr., but it could also mean a number of other things, of course.

The two-hour premiere of the long-running medical drama will focus on the new interns, as well as Meredith and Derek (above) after her brutal birth experience.

Grey's Anatomy Season 10 premieres on Thursday, September 26.

Other Grey's Anatomy spoilers and teases for the coming season:

• Veronica Cartwright will guest star on the premiere.
• Bobby Campo and Heather Hemmens will also appear on the opener as engaged couple who viewers meet at the scene of an accident.

Marcus Vick Puts Bounty on Riley Cooper Over Racist Comment

Philadelphia Eagles receiver Riley Cooper has become public enemy #1 since a video surfaced of him using the N-word at a Kenny Chesney concert.

Cooper, who is white, apologized and was fined by the team. He later held a news conference at the team's headquarters where he apologized at length.

On Twitter, both athletes and fans alike chimed in, as you would expect. But what you might not expect was that Marcus Vick put a bounty on Riley Cooper:

Vick, a former college football star and brother of Cooper's Eagles teammate Michael Vick, quickly deleted the Tweet after his girlfriend made him (apparently).

Michael, for his part, took a different view:

It's unclear if Marcus Vick even has $1,000 to give up, or whether a linebacker would also qualify for the payout, but clearly Mike wants nothing to do with it.

Hard as it is to believe that Mike Vick is the voice of reason on anything, he's certainly been in Cooper's shoes, and you have to respect his even-handed approach.

One Direction Fans Hate on New Magazine Covers, Threaten to Bomb GQ UK Headquarters

Not cool, One Direction supporters. Not cool at all.

While you'd think fans of this boy band would be psyched to see GQ UK dedicating five distinct covers to this wildly popular group, many have taken to social media and expressed outrage over the way they believe Harry Styles and company have been portrayed.

One cover says Louis is "no longer a nice guy."

Another quotes Liam as discussing "groupie trouble."

In response to what they feel is an unfair depiction of their idols, Directioners have lashed out on Twitter.

As explained and depicted in the video above, they've threatened to bomb GQ headquarters and to shove a cactus of the rectum of magazine editors.

And you know what they say: Twitter is all fun and games until someone gets a cactus shoved up his rectum.

In all their rage, some fans have missed the biggest bombshell in the feature article: Harry Styles says he has only slept with two people.

Extreme viral vitriol from dedicated One Direction supporters? That, we sort of expect. But this revelation we did not see coming!

Two Men Arrested After Attacking Women With Pizza

Twice in one week, cops in North Carolina were called out for disputes involving pizza. Amazingly enough, the two incidents were completely unrelated.

Both stories are eerily similar as both men denied throwing pizza but cops were able to see through the untruths as there was evidence of splattered sauce and tossed pizza everywhere.

Jimmy Ray Poage initially claimed that he had thrown no pie, then later recanted saying his girlfriend was the first to fire. Despite his protests that he had changed clothes before the cops arrived, the officers found no pizza or pizza sauce on his clothing.

Poage was eventually arrested and released on $2,130 bond. 

It doesn't appear as if Cody Sebastian Parsons knew the woman he allegedly assaulted with his dinner. Parsons slipped on a wet floor while in the process of answering the door. In response to that, he just started slinging slices at the unidentified woman.

She ran to a neighbor, Parsons followed, and just like Poage, when the cops arrived Parsons denied it all. Again, the proof was in the sauce. This time it was on the back of the woman's shirt and Parsons was charged with Assault on a Female.

Not at all shocking, the police report indicates that Parson was under the influence of something besides intoxicatingly good sausage.

There was no indication of the type of pizza involved in each incident, but I think we can safely assume they were hand tossed.

Simon Cowell: Blindsided By Lauren Silverman Pregnancy Bombshell?

So, Lauren Silverman and Simon Cowell are having a baby apparently.

Who saw that coming? Not The X Factor judge, a new report claims.

The 53-year-old was completely blindsided by the news that his good friend’s wife was pregnant with his baby, according to the New York Daily News.

“The pregnancy took him by surprise. He assumed she was using birth control,” a source said. “Simon thought it was a casual relationship. Friends with benefits."

"The pregnancy was not planned. He is feeling tricked. No question Simon will want to be part of the baby’s life, but I’m not so sure he wants to be part of Lauren’s.”

Lauren Silverman, 36, who was seen with Cowell and her husband, Andrew Silverman, in the Caribbean last year, is nearly three months pregnant.

She is also still married, and in the midst of a nasty divorce.

Apparently incensed over her affair with Cowell, Silverman’s real estate mogul husband filed for divorce July 15. The tryst may factor into their divorce fight.

The legal papers he filed name Simon Cowell as a co-respondent. Andrew Silverman will have to prove he is not the father to avoid paying child support.

Cowell, meanwhile, only found out about the pregnancy July 10.

“She told him around that time,” a source said. “He didn’t have a clue and it has comes as a total surprise. Simon has repeatedly said he doesn’t want kids.”

The revelation sent Cowell into crisis mode. He immediately reached out to PR guru Max Clifford to “plan a strategy to deal with it ... he feels let down by Lauren."

“They were friends first and foremost. This could be a ‘spite my husband’ sort of thing. Simon is convinced it was her friends who leaked the story.”

Cowell’s friendship with the Silvermans was no secret, and by last year, their marriage was on the rocks. Still, the pregnancy bombshell was a shock to everyone.

One of Cowell’s pals described her as a gold digger:

“She has a thing for rich, powerful men. She knows having Simon’s baby will mean he will always be in her life and he is a very wealthy and generous man.”

Courtney Stodden may be a fan of Doug Hutchinson's meat, but the aspiring celebrity makes it clear in a new series of bikini pics:

She won't stick just anything in her mouth.

The 18-year old donned a lettuce-based bathing suit on the red carpet yesterday, in promotion of Pink's Hot Dogs New Veggie Dogs.

Stodden announced her vegetarianism last year in a video that espoused the health and sex benefits of this diet. Watch her fondle a piece of produce now and then ogle the following photos:

The only surprising aspect of this shoot? That Stodden didn't bare it all, as so many celebrities have done in naked PETA ads.

Lululemon: Shunning Plus-Size Customers as Business Practice?

Lululemon Athletica showcases different sizes of its popular yoga pants in such a way that deliberately shuns bigger customers, a new report suggests.

Most merchandise is presented out on the floor, hung on the walls, or folded neatly in cabinets for all the world to see, the Huffington Post reports.

But the largest sizes - the 10s and the 12s - are merely relegated to a separate area at the back of the store, left clumped and unfolded under a table.

Moreover, the only styles of yoga pants even available in those sizes were older Lululemon designs whose fashion moment had long since passed.

These larger offerings were also rarely restocked, said Elizabeth Licorish, who worked at Lululemon for four months before leaving the store in 2011.

"All the other merchandise was kind of sacred, but these were thrown in a heap," Licorish said. "It was definitely discriminatory to those who wear larger sizes."

Far from an accident, the exiling of larger clothing by Lululemon is a central piece of the company's strategy to market its brand to the stylishly fitness-conscious.

Insiders say this treatment of larger clothes and customers reflects the culture Lululemon represents - promoting skinniness as a paramount feature of health.

Lululemon declined to comment on this report, but this mode of image maintenance determines what lands on shelves at many major retail outlets, experts say.

A dearth of plus-size products reinforces an implicit message that larger Americans have absorbed for years: Shop only at retailers that welcome your "type."

Plus-size women between the ages of 30 and 45 are supposed to buy at Lane Bryant, not Lululemon see-through yoga pants, or so the marketing goes.

The definition of plus-size varies, with PLUS Model Magazine setting the break-off point at size 12, while the New York Times puts it at size 14.

The average dress size for U.S. women is 14, according to Women's Wear Daily.

In recent months, brands have drawn criticism for messages that seem to reinforce their labels as status symbols for the young, white and classically attractive.

Abercrombie & Fitch's CEO in particular took heat for an interview in which he essentially admitted that he wants his clothes and stores to be exclusionary.

Lululemon may at first seem an unlikely member of such ranks, but insiders say it has made it clear that it's not interested in attracting plus-size shoppers.

At the store where Licorish worked, she grew accustomed to plus-size shoppers entering and quickly leaving, having deduced that this was not their place.

"There was sort of a grumpy response to people unfamiliar with the brand ... moms would come in with their daughters, look around and say, ‘Clearly I can't shop here.'"

Bigfoot Sightings in Canada: Real or Fake?

Bigfoot is once again back in the news, thanks to two new videos from British Columbia, Canada, that allegedly capture the hairy creature in action.

The first video (left) shows what certainly looks like a giant, ape-like creature ambling through a forest, just a little bit too far away to be seen clearly.

The second (right) appears to show a group of Chinese tourists in Mission, B.C., taking photos of a large ape-like figure creeping through the trees.

The videos, dated July 18 and 24, came to light after Canadian app Legend Tracker put out a request for videos of Bigfoot and his mythical brethren.

The legend continues ... though if that's a hoax, it's a good one.

Terrence Jones Arrested For Kicking Homeless Man

The Rockets signed Dwight Howard this offseason.

But now they must deal with Terrence Jones.

According to KATU, the second-year forward out of Kentucky was arrested Wednesday morning after a police sergeant witnessed him leaving a bar in Portland.

Officials say the athlete was seen strolling by two homeless men and stomping down on one's leg after yelling at him to "wake up!"

The victim only suffered minor injuries and did not require extensive medical attention.

Jones, a Portland native, was charged with harassment and pleaded not guilty during a court appearance yesterday afternoon. He is now free on $1,500 bond and is due in court again on September 6.

In 19 regular-season games with Houston as a rookie in 2012, Jones averaged 5.5 points and 3.4 rebounds in 14.5 minutes.

Justin Bieber Makes Music History

We have news regarding Justin Bieber - and it has nothing to do with raided tour buses, peeing in mop buckets or even Selena Gomez.

This update is actually focused on - gasp! - the singer's music for a change.

While performing yesterday in New Jersey, the Biebs was presented with an award from the Recording Industry Association of America's Gold & Platinum Program because his early hit "Baby" has gone Diamond, meaning it has sold over 12 million copies.

Moreover, "Baby" is now the G&P's top Digital Single. Of all-time.

"Amazing night and honored," Bieber Tweeted after the show and recognition. "So much more to do. I love my #Beliebers. Thank u!!"

As you might expect, the singer's fans then mobilized on social media and started Trending the hashtag "#congratsjustin" around the world. It's well-deserved!

Phaedra Parks Baby Photo: Meet Little Dylan!

While the universe continues to wait on the release of Kim Kardashian baby photos, Phaedra Parks has come out and given fans a look at her newly expanded family.

This Real Housewives of Atlanta star gave birth three weeks early, while she was 150 miles from home on a work trip and totally unprepared for the experience, as Parks relayed to Us Weekly:

"I hadn't packed anything or even made arrangements for [3-year old son] Ayden. And I'm usually an Eagle Scout when it comes to being prepared!"

But an emergency C-section fortunately went well and son Dylan was born on May 8, weighing in at a healthy 7 pounds, 9 ounces. He's pictured here for the first time alongside Parks, Ayden and husband Apollo Nida.

"Right now, we're just enjoying every moment," Parks tells the magazine. "Because once the baby grows up, I can't put him in a time machine!"

Jeremy Renner Offers 5K Reward for Lost Dog

Jeremy Renner needs your help.

The Bourne Legacy and Avengers star lost his French Bulldog, Hemi, on July 19 when a power outage caused his home's front gate to slide open.

In response, the actor has launched a Facebook campaign for information leading to the pooch's return and he's offering $5,000 as a reward for the canine, no questions asked.

The 25-pound pet was last seen wearing a collar and is in need of medication for a hip condition.

While Hunger Games fans debate the hotness of Sam Claflin, we now know of one woman who is perfectly content with this actor's looks:

The Catching Fire star exchanged vows this week with the actress (currently appearing on Da Vinci's Demons), as photos of the pair's private ceremony and reception made their way around the Internet on Tuesday.

Claflin and Haddock are both 27 years old and have been engaged for over 18 months.

They both spoken out, in gushing terms, about their romance on multiple occasions.

"How do I know she's the one?" Claflin said in a May 2012 interview. "She's my female counterpart is the best way to describe her. She is my mum … She reminds me of my mum so much which I think -- a guy will know, right? It's important. Your mum knows like everything."

The couple met during an audition many years ago and Claflin has said he called friends right away and say he was madly in love with Haddock. AWWW!

Florida Cop Resigns After 300 Nude Photos on "Red Light Center" Surface

A Florida police sergeant has resigned after posting nearly 300 graphic photos of herself on the Internet as part of the virtual game Red Light Center.

Some of the lewd pictures featured her in uniform. She also admitted to sending the images to her lover using police computers and while on duty.

Sgt. Penny Dane of the Daytona Beach P.D. "admitted she accessed and sent sexually explicit pictures as part of an online game called Red Light Center."

"[The photos were] extremely pornographic in nature, and in several of the photos we have discovered, she was in her uniform," Police Chief Mike Chitwood said.

When asked how she could fulfill her work responsibility of supervising other officers while playing "Red Light Center," Dane reportedly told investigators:

"I don't want to say I didn't have any idea what they were doing because then that would be very wrong. I did pay attention to my radio and listen to what they were doing."

Dane was suspended for "similar activity" back in 2012.

The recent revelations came after Dane accused a colleague of sexual harassment. While looking into her claim, investigators uncovered Dane's racy photos.

As for the X-rated game she was playing this whole time, Red Light Center bills itself as a porn-themed online virtual world, similar to Second Life.

Brooks Forester on The Bachelorette: Will He Return For Season Finale?

There's never been a season quite like this one, which has left fans clueless, up in arms and clamoring for The Bachelorette spoilers heading into the finale.

In part one of the two-part, five-hour season-ender, leading lady Desiree Hartsock was awkwardly, painfully dumped by her first choice, Brooks Forester.

She has two guys left, but having basically admitted that her feelings for Drew Kenney and Chris Siegfried aren't on that same level, what will she do now?

ABC has not released a single clip beyond Desiree talking to host Chris Harrison to talk about Brooks' exit. How the heck are they going to fill 2-3 hours?

Harrison teases that “There's nothing typical about this finale.”

No kidding. But does Brooks Forester come back or what?

"It begins with her and I sitting down and putting the pieces together," Chris says. "Are you going to give these other guys a chance? Is that even possible?"

"The other dynamic is that Chris and Drew have no clue because we separate everybody ... we owe it to them to have a conversation and tell them what happened."

So there's a lot of filler coming. But then there's this teaser:

"And then there's Brooks. If anybody was ever set to come back and be wishy-washy, it's him," Harrison says. "There's definitely that option."

All season long, The Bachelorette spoilers have hinted at an engagement, despite the recent chatter that she leaves as single as the day she started.

Nothing we've seen so far, from the "cliffhanger" editing of the show last week to the HOUR-LONG breakup of Brooks and Des, suggests he's out of the picture.

In fact, if he were, that would truly make last week shocking.

Amanda Bynes' Schizophrenia Stabilizing Thanks to Drug Cocktail: Report

Amanda Bynes is doing much, much better in the hospital this week, reports indicate, with the star's apparent schizophrenia now more or less stablized.

Doctors at the psychiatric hospital where she remains under a 5150 hold have given her a combination of medications, or cocktail, to help her symptoms.

The actress responded "quickly and dramatically," insiders say, and no longer talks to herself or insults people - two hallmarks of her last few months.

She's shown no inclination toward violence and has even been polite, saying "please" and "thank you" to staff members as she works to right the ship.

Does this mean Amanda Bynes' mental illness is under control?

It's far from clear, especially since finding the right dosages of the various medicines that comprise the "cocktail" is a notoriously challenging endeavor.

Experts say it may take 7-10 days to fully assess the results.

From a legal standpoint, she is scheduled to have a court hearing today in an attempt to get out of the psychiatric hospital where she's been since July 23.

The fact that she's doing better can actually help her case, however it is also seen as unlikely that a judge will let her out yet. The reason is twofold:

1. It's not clear if the cocktail will work over the long run.
2. It's even less clear if she wouldvoluntarily take it.

Also, Bynes' parents will reportedly NOT back off their attempt to seek a conservatorship even if she's improving, believing she needs long-term supervision.
